Seamless Branding





Whether you are a retail store or a dental office, branding your business is important.

Branding should be seamless, consistent, and engaging. 
Start with a strong brand identity that establishes not only your look but also your core values both toward the customer and within your company. 

Once this is established, existing points of engagement should be measured and utilized. Then diverse and new options should be explored and implemented in a step by step marketing plan. Engaged customers who recognize a brand buy more, return more often and share information about the company more. 


There are multiple media avenues you can use: 
  • store signage
  • text messaging (especially good for coupons and specials)
  • websites 
  • social media
  • print ads
  • videos
  • broadcast media

You need to choose your route based on your target market demographics and your budget. Remember: multimedia avenue clients traditionally engage more and provide valuable feedback for those paying attention. Always keep in mind the value and the customer’s time. 

Finally review any measures implemented on a regular basis and refine them based on what you discover about your customers. And here's a tip: share useful information; if you have nothing to say, don't waste your customer's time. Happy Marketing!
